Here is what we expect from you as a team member...

Passionate Licensed Cosmetologist or Full Barber License in the State of Florida.
Provide professional consultations, personable in nature, and professional in dress.
Competency in Hair cutting, color application, styling, texture services, hair removal (wax), Highlighting, application of healthy hair treatments.
Good organizational skills, punctual, a collaborative team member, and able to work in a fast- paced atmosphere. The guest experience must be important!
Excited to participate in training platforms.
We are a Drug Free Workplace, testing is required. Medical Marijuana is allowed if the candidate is legal through the Florida MMU Registry.
Must be able to read and write English. Must be able to communicate with guest for consulting purposes.

Fantastic Sams provides paid for continuing education from several venues to include our training center, salons, and destinations around the country at times for upper level training. Locally we also train every two months or so on Sundays. Are you able to participate in these training opportunities?*

In order to be fair to all team members, we require team members to be available for one or two closing shifts until 8pm either Wed, Thurs, or Friday. Can you work one or two closings per week? If you are unable to work nights, we will not be a good fit for you.*

Do you have reliable transportation that will allow you to meet all hours associated with shifts assigned, meaning an opening shift at 9am, or a closing shift at 8pm?
