We are looking for creative, passionate, and trendy hair professionals. We offer a structured curriculum called the "Fast Track" program, which is a twelve (12) week program that will take you from "I am excited and scared" to "I got this". We concentrate on the services your are comfortable with behind the chair and train those services that require improvement. This allows you to begin getting paid, while also being expertly mentored by our team of educators.

As a walk-in, full-service salon with loyal, built-in clientele, you will immediately be able to use your talents in precision hair cutting, dynamic color, and texture creations to maximize your earnings potential.

Here is what we expect from you as a team member...

Minimum school hours of 900, or newly licensed Cosmetologist, BB Barber in the State of Florida, or transferring from another state or country.
School competency in educating and consulting for services and retail products without the need of a translator to the English language
School competency in Hair cutting, color application, styling, texture services, hair removal (wax), Highlighting, application of healthy hair treatments
Outgoing and friendly, able to connect with guest and team members
Personable and professional in approach and dress
Good organizational skills, punctual, a collaborative team member, and able to work in a fast- paced atmosphere (our salons are busy)
Passionate about providing a "Wow" experience to our guest
Enjoys personal growth through a educational path that leads to advancement in our company
Reliable transportation, able to work within a "Drug Free Workplace" with testing (Accommodations made for "authorized medical marijuana programs")

Fantastic Sams provides lots of continuing education from several venues to include our training center in Fort Myers, as well as Clearwater. We pay for mileage, materials, and time spent to train. Are you able to participate in these training opportunities?*

In order to be fair to all team members, we require team members to be available for two closing shifts until 8pm either Wed, Thurs, or Friday. Can you work two closings per week? If you are unable to work nights, we will not be a good fit for you.*
